1.The bore diameter must be 2-3mm more than the fixing screw diameter for fear of expansion caused by heat and contraction caused by cold.
2.A premium waterproof washer must be put between a screw and a daylighting sheet for the waterproof and dustproof effects.
3.A double-sided adhesive tape must be put over the purline for fear of the direct friction between the daylighting sheet and the purline.
4.There should be two double-sided adhesive tapes in the vertical lap joint position for a waterproof effect.
5.In the storage of a daylighting sheet,don’t put stress on it for fear of its breaking.

2.The best way of lap joint between the daylighting sheet and the color steel sheet is the full lap joint ranging from ridges to the eaves or ranging from ridges to central purlines for the following reasons:
I The daylighting sheet and the steel sheet are under different molding processes.As we all know,the steel sheet goes through the cold rolling process,resulting in a relatively small intersecion angle,while the daylighting sheet goes through the thermosetting process,resulting in a bigger intersection angle.(If the intersection angle is too small,its remaining stress will very high,so that it will be subject to cracking or even breaking in use.)Therefore,it is more advisable to put the daylighting sheet over the steel sheet.
II.For the above reason,the daylighting sheet tends to have a slightly larger wave crest than the steel sheet does,which helps fit the daylighting sheet onto the steel sheet better.On the contrary,if the steel sheet is put over the daylighting sheet,they won’t fit so well,even resulting in the wave crest cracking on the daylighting sheet,which will further lead to water leakage.A continuous horizontal array of daylighting sheets is not to be too wide,or the construction workers might tread on the daylighting band in the field construction process,which might lead to cracking of the daylighting sheet(causing water leadage)or even accidents(someone falls down from high)!

Common waveform sheet lap joint:put the daylighting sheets directly onto the surrounding profiled steel sheets with the butyl rubber tape fastened to the joints on the sides of the steel sheets;The end along the daylighting sheet length shall be put on the purline,overlapping the steel sheet by over 250mm,with two pieces of 2*20mm butyl rubber tapes at the lap joint end.
